Delivery
Please allow 2-4 days for delivery.
Currently we only ship to the UK but please email us at info@formline.uk if you would like overseas delivery.
Free delivery on orders over £50.
Orders under £50 will be subject to a £2.99 delivery charge.
Our casual range is printed on demand with prices calculated at checkout, typically in the range £2-3.
We are a small business and therefore do not charge VAT.
All orders are delivered in biodegradable or recyclable packaging.
Payment Options
We want to make buying Formline items fast and easy. We accept the following payment options;
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Electron, Maestro
- Express checkout: Apple Pay (using Safari browser), PayPal and Shop Pay.
Refunds & Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with any Formline supplied products please let us know and we’ll make sure things are resolved swiftly.
We offer a full refund if products are returned within 14 days, unused and with the original packaging.
If you would like to return or exchange an item please email info@formline.uk and we will send you a barcode to return for free at a Hermes UK drop-off. Let us know if there are no Hermes Parcelshops near you and we will refund Royal Mail postage.
